I had a great experience with the Car Connection. I was very hesitant to order a car unseen initially, but the owner Michael was very professional and honest. MJ and Matt were also very helpful as they were always available to answer my questions. I am very pleased with the car and the amazing help I received especially since I bought the car unseen and had it sent to New York. I am most grateful and pleased with the level of honesty from everyone. At the end of the day Car Connection stayed true to their word and was able to help us every step of the way.

I am currently completing the transacation to buy a vehicle here. I am very leery of used car dealerships, and I have been searching for a Jaguar for more than a year, a make notorious for problems. Since the first email contact this dealership has been exceptionally professional and pleasant. They have been prompt in returning all emails and calls. I wanted service records, the Carfax, and a pre-purchase inspection. They provided everything immediately. There has been a delay in the pre-purchase inspection, which given the records I felt was really an excessive precaution. The owner called me with a similar opinion. I expect to complete the purchase Monday. It's a beautiful vehicle with compelte records, in a dealership loaded with very high-end cars, staffed by pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable people. If the car is a ruin I'll have something different to say, but they provide a return guarantee and a poertrain warranty. I don't see how they can do any better than they have. A great experience so far...
