I am currently completing the transacation to buy a vehicle here. I am very leery of used car dealerships, and I have been searching for a Jaguar for more than a year, a make notorious for problems. Since the first email contact this dealership has been exceptionally professional and pleasant. They have been prompt in returning all emails and calls. I wanted service records, the Carfax, and a pre-purchase inspection. They provided everything immediately. There has been a delay in the pre-purchase inspection, which given the records I felt was really an excessive precaution. The owner called me with a similar opinion. I expect to complete the purchase Monday. It's a beautiful vehicle with compelte records, in a dealership loaded with very high-end cars, staffed by pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable people. If the car is a ruin I'll have something different to say, but they provide a return guarantee and a poertrain warranty. I don't see how they can do any better than they have. A great experience so far... And.... It's been nearly a year since I bought from my Jaguar from Car Connection. It has become my daily driver car. It si everything you hope a used, high-performance, luxury vehicle will be- quiet, powerful, attractive....(crossing my fingers) It hasn't given any trouble at all. Routine maintenance only. What a great expereince with Car Connection- great inventory, helpful, straightfoward, and a great car, not a clunker that was polished up. Thank you to Car Connection!!

This truck was not sold a year ago. It was sold in April 2024. It broke down as soon as it reached Cross S. C. Transmission, water pump, batteries. no ac. no radio. The Magnuson-Moss law applies here. the account has ghosted my great grandson. It is only like $2,00.00 so far as I know. I have been taking him back and forth to work for all of these months. I am old and this is getting to be upsetting. now MY GRANDDAUGHTER THINKS HE WILL NOT PAY BECASUE I AM TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS COMPANY. my GREAT GRANDSON IS A FINE YOUNG MAN AND WORKS 6 TO 7 DAYS A WEEK TO MAKE A LIVING. HE IS YOUNG AND TRUSTING. Tried to sell him a $ 40.00 water pump. who does that?

Quinten and Micheal were absolutely wonderful. They were prompt, professional and honest. Micheal informed me of very important monetary and legal issues pertaining to selling my car. I would recommend Car Connection to anyone seeking honest car dealers when it comes to dealing with cars.

I needed to sell my 2021 Porsche 718 Boxster and put in the details to AutoNation and Quintin reached out from Car Connection and was so nice to work with. We worked out a really good price for my car and even came and picked it up from my house in Brookhaven. Overall it was a very smooth process and Quintin’s follow-up with some travel I had was excellent to keep them top of mind with so many interested dealerships for the car. I have a 2021 Altima SR and my seat was cracking in my car. I was disappointed and frustrated and a new seat is $800. I heard about Car Connection through the dealership and talked to Mr. Vince. I was thinking it couldn't be fixed, but the seat looks like brand new. I'm very pleased!

MJ and Matt were also very helpful as they were always available to answer my questions. I am very pleased with the car and the amazing help I received especially since I bought the car unseen and had it sent to New York.
